Vera has been in the property industry since 2014, starting as a receptionist and quickly progressing to a fully qualified sales negotiator. With a degree in Sociology and Psychology from Anglia Ruskin University, she brings a unique perspective to her role. Vera has successfully brought numerous properties to market, always exceeding clients’ expectations.
As Head of High Performance, Vera leads and supports the sales team, identifying growth opportunities and refining their negotiation strategies. She focuses on optimising performance and ensuring all opportunities are maximised. Her fluency in Russian also allows her to assist clients beyond traditional estate agent responsibilities, including translating key documents during the buying and selling process.

Iqsa Cheema
Iqsa serves as the Head of Accounts at Green Lane Residential, where she plays a crucial role in managing the financial operations of the business. With her exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, she oversees all aspects of invoicing, handling both incoming and outgoing invoices with efficiency and accuracy.
